Brisbane, the capital of Queensland, is a more relaxed option to the frantic diving activity further to the North. Dive enthusiasts will not be disappointed as there is still a broad range of dive sites to choose between. The Southern tip of the Great Barrier Reef is a short trip away and there some fantastic dive islands in the vicinity.
