Cairns Map

Cairns and Port Douglas are the best-known starting points for diving the Great Barrier Reef. Both locations have a multitude of dive operators that make daily visits to the reef. The majority of these operators have fast boats, which keeps traveling time to a minimum. Remember to ask around for the different schedules if you want to visit a specific site as many factors affect each dive. Weather conditions, tides visibility and shipping all play there part. Wherever you dive, it will be a rewarding experience as you are in one of the worlds truly great dive locations.
