Diving Safety
Diving is statistically a very safe sport. You are far less likely to have an accident or sustain an injury compared to many other activities. However in the unlikely event of an incident Australia has professionally operated re-compression chambers as well as many excellent medical facilities.

MV Scubapro I, II and III are all used in conjunction with all training options as well as the 3 Day / 2 Night Liveaboard trip.

Scubapro I was purpose built and then launched in April 1998. Major specifications were that she would could handle all varying weather conditions in the Tropical North and offer a smooth and comfortable ride. The formula was a huge success and in February 2002 sister ship Scubapro II was launched, followed by Scubapro III in April 2004.

All three vessels feature 14 twin share cabins and 2 double cabins with private amenities for every 4 guests. Private cabins allow privacy and time to relax between diving and snorkelling. Both vessels are centrally airconditioned, light and airy.

There are 2 large decks one for gear and one strictly for sun tanning and relaxing. Not to mention the vessels are all equipped with the latest marine engineering, equipment and technology.

With the addition of Scubapro II and III, Pro Dive Cairns maintains its' already excellent reputation and continues to lead the way in premium live aboard experiences on Australia's Great Barrier Reef.
